Standing or Seated Operation

Standing with control panel in an upright position, the downward folding seat supports the operator when the vehicle is in motion.

Seated the operator pulls the console toward him for optimum comfort in handling the vehicle controls. The control panel is supported by gas cylinders which allow the operator to position the panel without fumbling with an adjustment knobs.

Narrow aisle trucks don't have to be complex and hard to understand. They simply fill a niche, providing additional storage space in a warehouse environment. Let PMH design a vehicle for you.

Custom

Every detail is carefully considered in making the operators compartment a comfortable work space. The cabin, with its ideally placed controls, unobstructed load view, downward folding seat, assures long productive hours without operator fatigue.

This enclosed cab has the option of a front sliding plate glass window, to allow occassional order picking by the operator.

Additional features include heated glass, heated cab, lighting, ventilation, storage compartments, paper trays, utility holders etc.

Optional multiple depth insertion limits, asymetrical fork positioner to handle varying width pallets. The vehicles increased capacity limits, allow for large load and double deep load handling.

Attachments may include optional fork tilt to compensate for fork deflection.

Our system engineers are problem solvers, they are available for advise on a wide variety of material handling topics and vehicle integration.  Why not ask for their opinion - its free.

EXPLOSION Proof

Console shows vehicles adaptation to explosion proof design.

PMH also integrates its barcode scanner & RF inventory control terminal. Some of the information captured by the terminal and without operator input may include position of the forks (right/left), fork height, aisle identification etc

Safety

Optional traverse travel override - allows the technician to override the fork movement. Forks can be returned to the vehicle confines (start position) by the technician. Of course seperate lowering valves allow the operator and technician to lower the vehicles cab without power to the vehicle.

Optional integrated safety, includes collision avoidance and pedestrian safety via laser obstacle detection scanners mounted in both travel directions.
